- Vendor development and Management.
- Operations strategies and execution.
- Monitor, measure, and report the Operations metrics of the customers for different services and identify the growth opportunities.

- End customer interaction for getting the requirements.
- Manage customer interaction/service/support.
- Develop comprehensive understanding of customer business, products and logistics and transportation requirements.
- Market research – price discovery, vendor identification.
- Customer Relationship Management – Communicate effectively and develop relationships with customer stakeholders at relevant levels of the customer hierarchy.

- You have a way with people, and you are particularly good at building rapport with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Mandatory - Team working / Communication clarity / Self-driven & Self-motivated / Strong commercial sense.
Skills
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with range of talent & experience ('Traffic' & Loading Supervisor personnel at Locations to Supply Chain / Operations MBAs from IIMs)
- You are intrigued by the prospect of making your way through learning and implementing emerging technologies and business processes.
- You have a Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking.
Qualifications
Engineer or Economics + MBA/PGDM from premier institute.
