Skills
  • Very good understanding of wireless system radio interface L2 / L3 protocols (RRC / SDAP / PDCP / RLC / MAC), network & system architecture and functionalities.
  • Hands-on experience on NR and LTE feature implementation.
  • Experience to analyse network issues and provide concrete optimization recommendations to improve customer perception.
  • Ability to audit network configuration and network design
  • 5G Hands on design and optimization experience (NSA, SA, DSS, Signaling flows, Mobility, low and mid band, MMWave, DL/UL split bearer, ENDC resource utilization)
  • Able to identify relevant 3Gpp standard and compare against.
  • Experience in Open RAN design is a plus
  • Experience with relevant analysis tools, such as TEMS Investigation.
  • Multi-vendor practical experience is desired, or expert knowledge on single vendor acquired, clearly demonstrating 5G RAN exposure.
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel domestic and international
  • Support network operators in the migration from conventional to modern telecommunications networks.
  • Create visually compelling presentations of the results, project status, actions and recommendations
  • Capable to work independent and in a team, reliable & proactive

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
