Description
  • The Project Lead will lead a team of highly skilled developers and deliver projects.
  • Should be willing to write the code (along with writing technical document) for new business requirements as well as enhancements.
  • Managing the successful delivery of projects will require the Project Lead to plan, coordinate and lead activities across the full delivery lifecycle. This will include working closely with the stake holders like Project Manager, Technical Leads and QA/BA Team.
  • This role offers challenges across a wide variety of projects and responsibilities, including the opportunity to influence the future direction of the product development team and systems used across the business.
Skills
  • An individual with 7+ years of experience in software development/support.
  • An Individual with 4 + years of relevant experience in Java.
  • Hands on experience in J2EE and Java (Core Java, J2ee, Jsp, Servlet, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Spring MVC).
  • Must have experience of client interaction and leading a team-size of min 5-6 members for at least 1 year.
  • Must have done code review and technical guidance to team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive outlook with problem solving attitude.
