Description
- Actively participating in the agile product development process in close collaboration with the engineering team, writing product requirements, user stories, developing wireframes and prototypes.
- Owning the product backlog including scope, quality, schedule in line with product vision.
- Plan and participate in user research initiatives to understand both external and internal stakeholder problems, identify and iterate on product ideas and improvements.
- Working closely with different functions of the company to rapidly iterate and build products to drive efficiency throughout the organization
- Developing strong working relationship with business, technology, sales, finance, and business operation teams to facilitate the initiation and execution of various products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in Support, Marketing, Sales, and Business to develop product messaging, training, and communications.
- Managing multiple cross-functional products simultaneously.
Skills
- Experience in product management, preferably in a B2B product organization.
- Experience of working with business and engineering team to manage discovery and delivery process.
- Experience in product management tools and technique like JIRA, FIGMA, and other similar tools.
- Excellent communication skill across multiple stakeholders.
- Prior experience in logistics and supply chain product is a plus.
