Description
- Overall responsibility for the Quality function of the plant.
- Knowledge of Quality analysis , equipment calibration, chemical preparation and standardization, pest control, FSSAI Schedule for requirement.
Responsibilities
- Testing of all Raw material and packaging material & implement Quality systems FSSC 22000 V5.1 and implement various SOP's. Maintain GMP in the plant.
- Knowledge of Product quality rating system (PQRS)
- FMEA for process flows and new product lines.
Skills
- Coordinate with Production team and adhere to LIne cleaning plan.
- Working knowledge of computer and Microsoft skills.
- Analytical Skills.
- Leadership skills
