Description
- Provide post implementation support to end users onsite and offshore.
- Handle incoming support issues via our ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of issues, escalating when necessary
- Participate in and manage customer support-focused projects.
- Troubleshoot and analyse application-related issues and solve problems.
- Participate in special projects and system testing as required.
Responsibilities
- Proactively address daily operational concerns.
- Become highly proficient with using Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with “customers”.
- Provide continuing education to “customer” on how to effectively use Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- Document “customer” inquiries and reported problems and provide feedback and resolutions implemented.
- Collaborate with other cross-functional team members to discuss “customer” issues and resolutions and to share best practices.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills
- Implementation experience of Dynamics AX Finance /Trade & Logistics and Production including appropriate certification.
- Good skills in the all other functional capabilities of AX Dynamics.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics technical landscape – Including SQL, AOS and SharePoint.
- Excellent work ethic and customer service orientation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and sequence work to deliver best possible service with resources available.
- Ability to deliver quality service and problem-solving skills remotely to clients and communicate complicated concepts in a concise and articulate way.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- .Demonstrable knowledge of Dynamics AX ERP best practices including master data management and security implementation adopting segregation of duties.
- Working knowledge of finance practices for GL, AR and AP.
- Good understanding of architectural patterns such as web, thin client, thick client and cloud.
- Experience of physical commodities business.
