Description
- Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner.
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing, salary disbursements, distribution of pay slips etc.
- Ensuring all the compliance activities including Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Return filings on time by preparing challans, payments of Statutory Compliances like: PF, ESI, PT & GST.
- Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies.
- Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Preparing monthly Labour Audit documents and attending the audit at client location.
- Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies.
- Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures.
- Handling employee queries & grievances related to payroll/PF/ESI and its resolution.
- Raising monthly invoices, follow ups & maintaining a systematic documentation & Filing the monthly/ half yearly/ Yearly returns of Labour and making payments.
Skills
- Should have prior experience within payroll, Invoicing, Statutory compliance & Labour Laws.
- Good in MS-Excel.
- Knowledge of Labour Legislations & labour Certificates/ Licence renewals etc
- Maintaining records as per Contract Labour Regulation Act.
