  • Collecting production data from all production areas and presenting to management.
  • Skilled in optimizing man and machine utilization.
  • Production Planning
  • Process Validation for sheet metal parts and welded assemblies.
  • Should have worked in Press Shop and Fabrication for minimum 5 years.
Responsibilities
  • Conducting time study of process and depute required number of manpower.
  • To Ensure quick Response & Corrective Action to any problem related to man, material, machine & Method.
  • Maintaining 5S in the shop floor.
  • Process Improvements through KAIZENS and POKE-YOKE.
  • Breakdown Analysis and method to curb it.
  • Increase Productivity and train manpower and associates to reduce rejections and downtime.
  • Analyse the Root cause of NC component and take CAPA against the problem.
  • In-house rework & rejection controlling.
  • Prepare and finalize the S.O.P. with safety norms.
  • Organise plant start-up and shut-down schedules to ensure minimum loss of production time.
  • Support and lead continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.
  • Poka Yoke (error proofing) where possible to prevent errors.
Skills
  • Should have worked in Press Shop and Fabrication.
  • Should have knowledge of Sheet Metal Press tools, dies and fixtures/
  • Flexibility of Work Timings.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Should be comfortable with MS Office.
  • Manpower and process Cost reduction.
  • Assist with shop floor layout and cell designs.
  • Oversee installation of machinery and equipment.
