Description
- Capacity dimensioning and utilization studies to improve customer experience and accessibility KPIs.
- Network hardware planning and site solution design.
- Multi-carriers/Multi-RAT mobility strategies for voice and data services including SRVCC/CSFB.
- New/enhanced SW functions & features assessment.
- Parametric trials and best practices to boost network performance.
- Various audits for SW and HW to review compliance and ensure efficiency in network operations.
- Performance monitoring, KPIs/KQIs optimization and worst cell analysis from OSS, DT and traces.
- DT analysis and L3/signaling troubleshooting using TEMS.
Skills
- 2G, 3G, 4G (FDD/TDD), MM & 4G+ LTE-A including dimensioning, design, planning & optimization with 6+ years of professional experience.
- VoLTE, NB-IoT & 5G are big plus.
- Recent experience on Huawei U2020/PRS & Ericsson ENM/ENIQ.
- New vendors’ solutions and roadmap tracking.
- High communication/reporting skills and customer-oriented.
- Team engagement skill in terms of regional team driving for any new proposal.
- Good Analytical skills preferred.
