Description
  • Start-up mentality combined with an international work atmosphere in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Provide audits, analysis and optimization consulting services to network operators for IMS/VoLTE implementations.
  • Perform detailed analysis of implemented design and concepts of complex communication networks.
  • Analysis and evaluation of measurement data to identify and classify failure patterns of low performing voice (VoLTE and Legacy) and data KPI’s.
  • Support network operators in the migration from conventional to modern telecommunications networks.
  • Create visually compelling presentations of the results, project status, actions and recommendations.
Skills
  • E2E assessment of telecommunication networks with special focus on IMS network and VoLTE and VoWiFi services.
  • Excellent knowledge of IMS and VoLTE network design.
  • Good experience in optimization of IMS/VoLTE, (e.g. parametrization & features) and related procedures such as SRVCC, IMS Registration, Call flows and voice codecs analysis.
  • Ability to analyze E2E VoLTE signaling traces, using industry standard trace tools, e.g. Tektronix, Agilent, Anritsu, Nethawk, Astellia, Polystar, Nexus, Netscout, Wirehark and TEMS.
  • Experience with 3GPP standard network protocols in some of the following protocol families: RRC, Layer 3, RANAP, MAP, BSSMAP, DTAP, ISUP, BICC, SIGTRAN, TCP/IP, SIP, RTSP, SCTP, GTP, IP routing protocols, RADIUS, DIAMETER and DNS.
  • Experience with Network Virtualizations and Cloudifications.
  • Experience with 5G technology is appreciated with special focus on VoNR and 5GC solutions.
  • Capable to work independent and in a team, reliable & proactive.
  • High degree of customer and quality orientation.
  • High flexibility and willingness to travel domestic and international.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science or related discipline.
