Description
  • Responsibility for end to end project management & Quality Assurance for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for timely material & labour supplies to each site and keep every project on-time and within cost.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs by the turnkey contractor.
  • Collect NPS scores from each customer post site handover and be accountable for targeted score.
Skills
  • Atleast 3 years of experience as a project coordinator with a successful construction company or a PMC firm.
  • Ability to work with and through contractor’s team on ground.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Ability to manage customer interactions leading to customer delight.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable in using technology/softwares for reporting.
  • MS Office skills.
  • Language Skills: Language based on region is a must.
